LISTEN: We Left With No Expectations. MATTIC/PITCH/YAGO
These guys have developed the perfect mixture of sounds to create one of my favourite Hip Hop releases of the year so far, and no doubt will continue to be for the rest of it! The production is musically sublime as usual from Pitch who is for sure underrated for his talents, still he continues to surprise me. That paired with the smooth, poetic bars of North Carolina's Mattic and Yago (similar to the groove of A Tribe Called Quest); is a chilled, old school US Hip Hop vibe that is translating so refreshingly well into 2017. COP A LISTEN, YOU MUST!
